About finding William:

Finding William as the name suggests is all about finding William Franklin Harrell, my grandfather. My father never had the opportunity to meet his father, nor have I been granted the opportunity to meet my grandfather. I have spent most of my life trying to locate William with little to no information. I am simply looking for any information regarding his where a bouts or what has become of him.
